THE RUBY RECIPE

  • Add 1.5oz vodka, 3/4oz St-Germain, 1/2oz Aperol, 3/4oz lemon juice, 3/4oz Here’s How Paloma mixer, and 1tbs egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously.
  • Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled Lou Coupe Glass.
  • Express a grapefruit twist over the top and discard.
